Amen! I have been telling triathletes this for years (but few seem to believe). The race car analogy is a good one, but to make my point, I just ask people what they think would happen if they breathed 50% less during their run in a triathlon.
I'm a big fan of outdoor sports and work as a triathlon and swim coach in Cary, North Carolina. I celebrate life with my wife Bri, my son JuniorAwesome, and my dog Tassie. We visit the beach or mountains when time and circumstance permit.
