Bri took one look at the bike splits from the Azalea sprint triathlon this past weekend, turned to me and said:

"Marty, this bike split is totally unacceptable. You've got to get going!"

So I have taken a new vow of biking a lot this summer, and biking hard/fast a lot, so my baby doesn't leave me for some dude with big quads and gnarly bike splits.
